CANCELLEING OR CHANGING A RESERVATION
Following May 10, 2023, ALL reservation changes and cancellations MUST be made directly with your chosen hotel(s).
To view your original hotel reservation(s) record please proceed to the following steps:
- Click on Modify Reservation or select it from the main navigation.
- Login to your booking. You will login using the email address you used to book your reservations and the password you created.
- If you cannot remember your password, click here to reset your password.
- Once you login, you will be taken to the list of all confirmed hotel reservations.
Example of changes would include:
- Changes to guest names
- Change to a different hotel
- Change dates of your reservation
- School contact information
- Chaperone contact information
- Billing information for cancellation
NOTE: After May 10, 2023, the online housing portal is for viewing your original reservation ONLY. All changes and cancelations following May 10, 2023, must made by contacting your hotel directly.
