CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid a penalty. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival will be charged one (1) nights room, tax & fees (starting at $205 per night, based on reserved occupancy). 

Reservation cancellations must be submitted in writing to reservations@allprocorp.com at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Arrival delays must be submitted immediately to reservations@allprocorp.com..

RESERVATION NO SHOW POLICY

If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date and do not inform us of your cancellation, you will be charged equal to 100% of the first night of your stay, based on reserved occupancy. To avoid the no-show penalty fee, changes, cancellations or delays must be submitted in writing to reservations@allprocorp.com.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE

In the event your depart earlier than your confirmed departure date, you will be charged a $50 fee. Your departure date will be confirmed at check in.

The hotel cannot guarantee a room will be ready early, but the hotel can safely store your luggage.

The primary occupant must be age 21+.

HOTEL ROOM RATES

Single Occupancy (1 individual): $205

Double Occupancy (2 individuals): $205

Additional Adult (age 18+): $30 per night 

Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

The maximum occupancy per room is 4 people.

Self-Parking: $20/day

Valet Parking: $50/day

WHAT IS PROVIDED IN MY HOTEL ROOM?

Standard guest rooms at Caesars Palace include a core set of furnishings and in-room features designed to support a comfortable stay. Some features may vary by tower and room type. 

Standard in-room amenities: Basic furnishings. Climate control. Television access. Bathroom amenities. Workspace or seating areas. In-room safe.

Items that may vary or require a request: Mini bars and refrigerators. Coffee supplies beyond the machine. Irons and steamers. Family accommodations such as cribs or rollaways. Certain in-room entertainment options and mini bar items may involve an additional charge.

LAS VEGAS AIRPORT INFORMATION

Harry Reid International Airport

Guests traveling from the airport to Caesars Palace have several transportation options available, and the best choice often depends on arrival preferences and travel needs. 

Taxis and rideshare: Widely used for airport transportation. Pickup locations at the airport are designated by the airport. Once guest arrive at Caesars Palace, drop-off follows the resort's designated transportation zones rather than the valet entrance. Wayfinding signage and indoor walking paths guide guests from transportation areas toward hotel check-in.

Shuttle Services: Caesars Palace does not operate a dedicated airport shuttle. Some third-party shuttle services may serve the resort for a fee, with availability and routing determined by the shuttle provider.

Rental Cars: Available at the airport for guests who choose to drive. Rental vehicles are not picked up at the hotel, but guests staying on property can use on-site parking (fees apply) during their visit.
