CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival will be charged one (1) nights room, tax & fees (starting at $279 per night, based on reserved occupancy).
Reservation cancellations must be submitted in writing to reservations@allprocorp.com at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Arrival delays must be submitted immediately to reservations@allprocorp.com.
RESERVATION NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date and do not inform us of your cancellation, you will be charged equal to 100% of the first night of your stay, based on reserved occupancy. To avoid the no-show penalty fee, changes, cancellations or delays must be submitted in writing to reservations@allprocorp.com.
RESERVATION EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event that you depart earlier than your confirmed departure date, you will be charged a $50 fee. Your departure date will be confirmed at check in.

PET POLICY
Dogs Welcome! Dogs must be current on vaccinations. Proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian is required.
Guests pay a one-time nonrefundable fee of $150, plus tax, per guestroom, for a pet’s stay good for up to seven (7) nights. There is an additional fee of $50 per additional night. (Service animals excluded.) If paying cash, an additional $100 deposit, plus tax, is required. This $100 deposit is refundable after our staff has inspected the guestroom. Additional fees may be applicable in the event of damage or excessive mess.
