Our travel deparment will begin making the airline arrangements for your trip upon completion of your online registration. An agent from Christopherson Business Travel will contact you within 5-7 business days of completing your registration. The domain email will be @cbtravel.com.

• Upon receipt of the email, you will be required to approve your air itinerary within 24 hours before your final ticket is issued.

• No ticket will be issued until you have reviewed the itinerary and approve of the schedule via email.

Flights will be selected for you based on program guidelines and in accordance with the program’s designated airfares.

Secure Flight: As part of the Secure Flight initiative and to comply with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations, all airline passengers will be required to provide their date of birth, gender, full name and passport information. During registration, you will be asked to provide your date of birth, gender, full name, and passport information – exactly as it appears on the valid passport that will be used at airport check-in. Not required, but optional if previously issued, will be a Known Traveler Number.

Note: You may also be asked to provide this information during check-in at the airport.

The TSA has incorporated privacy laws and practices into all areas of the Secure Flight program. The information gathered is a requirement of the TSA and DHS for purposes of watch list screening.
