CANCELLING A RESERVATION

All reservation cancellations can be made directly in the reservation booking site. Follow the steps below to cancel your reservation:

  1. Click on Modify Reservation or select it from the main navigation.
  2. Login to your booking. You will login using the email address you used to book your reservations and the password you created. 
  3. If you cannot remember your password, click here to reset your password
  4. Once you login, you will be taken to the list of all confirmed hotel reservations. 
  5. Using the ACTIONS dropdown next to the reservation you would like to cancel, click "Cancel Registrant". 
  6. Once the reservation has been cancelled, the cancellation fee (as indicated below) will be charged to the credit card on file within 5 business days.

$10 per reservation

On or after Thursday, April 27, 2023

Equal to (1) night room + tax at selected hotel, per reservation**

**Fees may be charged depending on cancellation date.

CHANGING A RESERVATION 

All reservation changes can be made directly in the reservation booking site on or before May 10, 2023. Follow the steps below to make changes to your reservation:

  1. Click on Modify Reservation or select it from the main navigation.
  2. Login to your booking. You will login using the email address you used to book your reservations and the password you created. 
  3. If you cannot remember your password, click here to reset your password
  4. Once you login, you will be taken to the list of all confirmed hotel reservations. 
  5. Using the ACTIONS dropdown next to the reservation, click to the page in your reservation that you would like to make changes to. 
  6. Be sure to continue through the reservation and confirm your changes. Your changes will not be saved until you continue through the reservation and confirm the changes. 

Changes to reservations that can be completed through the online reservation booking site: 

  • Changes to guest names
  • Change to a different hotel  
  • Change dates of your reservation
  • School contact information 
  • Chaperone contact information
  • Billing information for cancellations

IMPORTANT: Each reservation that you confirm through the reservation booking site is equal to one hotel room. Should the changes to your reservations include reducing the number of reservations (rooms) you originally booked, each will be counted as a cancellation. 

Example: You made 10 reservations (rooms) through the reservation booking site, but now only need 8 reservations (rooms). You will be charged cancellation fees for 2 reservations.
