All hotel reservations must be booked through the online hotel room reservation booking site. You may book as many rooms as you need through the booking site. As cancelled rooms will incur a cancellation fee, we recommend that you determine the maximum number of hotel rooms needed before completing your hotel room reservations. 

Hotel room reservations must be booked by May 10, 2023 to take advantage of the special National Beta Club hotel rates. 

To begin your hotel room reservation, click BOOK RESERVATION here or from the main navigation bar at the top of the page. 

You will need the following information for each hotel reservation. 

1. School name and school contact person 
2. Chaperone name and contact information 
3. Hotel choice 
4. Guest names and ages for each hotel room reservation*
5. Arrival and departure dates for each hotel room reservation 
6. Credit card information to secure reservations (number, expiration date, cvv, name on card, billing address)

*If you do not have the names of all guests, you may log in to modify your reservation prior to May 10, 2023 to add guest names.
