Exhibiting companies can choose if they want to exhibit at a Sunday evening (April 13, 2025) pre-cruise event (on land only), or if they want to exhibit on the cruise ship as well.  We will have about 8-10 hours total of exhibiting time between Sunday evening and Thursday afternoon – so still plenty of time to enjoy HUG sessions and cruise activities and excursions. 

Please note: each individual from each exhibiting company must also register for the cruise on this website – IF you are exhibiting all week vs. Sunday afternoon/evening only.  But as mentioned, you may also choose to sponsor and exhibit at the Sunday evening event only without attending the cruise itself.  You cannot attend the cruise as an exhibitor/individual without registering your company as an exhibitor for the conference, itself (whether land or sea).

The cost to exhibit (whether land and/or sea and whether Sunday only vs all week) is $3,000 (*plus of course the cost to go on the cruise itself if you’re exhibiting all week). 

We will be holding a virtual meeting (January 2024 - TBA) to discuss all these details and answer any questions you may have.
