Though not required, we highly recommend that you arrive on Sunday, April 13, 2025 to ensure that you are able to board the cruise ship on time. Should there be any flight delays or cancellations, you don't want to worry about missing your cruise. Be sure to review RCCL's requirements for boarding.

There will be a pre-cruise event on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside. You can pick up your name badge, conference swag, meet exhibitors, network, ask cruise questions, HawkSoft lab and more! You don't want to miss it!

The HUG 2025 host hotel, with special discounted rates is open for bookings. The special discounted rate of $159 per night plus taxes & fees will be available Tuesday, April 8, 2025 - Monday, April 14, 2025, and post-cruise for $189 per night plus taxes & fees from Friday, April 18,2025 - Tuesday, April 22, 2025, if you want to enjoy extra time in Orlando!

Lastly, the HUG 2025 shuttle will leave from the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside to the RCCL cruise terminal at Port Canaveral on the morning of Monday, April 14, 2025 (additional fees apply).

Transportation will be available from the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside to the RCCL cruise terminal at Port Canaveral on the morning of April 14, 2025. Transportation will depart the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside by 9:00 AM.

If you do not require transportation to the port, please plan to arrive at the port within the arrival time slot you selected during your Royal App check-in.

All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 2:30 PM (90 minutes prior to the published sailing time) or you will not be permitted to sail.
